Urban Poling

It’s a simple walking exercise that utilizes 90% of your upper body muscles, helps improve posture, balance, increase speed, and is a great way to meet new people. The group will meet at the centre and walk outdoors. Walking poles are supplied by the instructor.

Beginner Tap Dance

Participate in a introductory tap dance class. It’s a great way to get in shape while having fun. Please wear flat, non-skid shoes.

Pilates

Strengthen your core and your mind as you regain balance and posture in your body. Stand taller and stronger without tension but with more energy. Improve your strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Come join us and feel the effects Pilates has on your body.

Lite n’ Lively

A light, fun workout that includes cardio exercises to improve coordination, strength, balance and flexibility aided by the use of chairs, free weights, and resistance bands. This workout is suitable for beginners and those keen to build and maintain their physical health and fitness.

Meditation

Understand the mechanics behind this powerful tool, and how it can be of a major benefit. Learn many simple techniques to aid sleep, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and benefit many more aliments. Each session includes short guided meditations. Suitable for everyone.

Total Body Workout

A moderate-pace, total body workout combining aerobics, strength and resistance exercises using free weights and bands. The session also includes floor exercises designed to develop core strength and stability. Suitable for intermediate levels or those who like a challenge!

Gentle Yoga

This class is designed for seniors looking for a beginner yoga class that emphasizes basic breath awareness and gentle stretching. Participants will have the use of a chair to aid them in postures; as well will learn some gentle standing posture that helps build balance, confidence and strength. No experience necessary.

Beginner Yoga

Would you like to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and boost your energy levels? Try this introductory yoga class, which integrates mind and body to develop your own state of well being and inner-space. Adaptations and provided for all abilities.
